About Rebecca – A Dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist:

Rebecca, a valued member of our team, brings a wealth of experience and expertise as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. Her journey in the field began by working in orthopedics, where she specialised in mobilising patients before and after surgeries, particularly with hip and knee replacements. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of rehabilitation and the importance of tailored treatment plans.

Rebecca’s career then led her to work as a community physiotherapist, focusing on developing rehabilitation programs for neurological patients in their homes. This unique opportunity allowed her to interact with patients in their own environments, gaining valuable insights into a diverse range of musculoskeletal rehabilitation scenarios. It enabled her to bring patients back to their optimal form and function.

As an avid runner, Rebecca intimately understands the challenges of maintaining a healthy body and optimising performance. Her personal experience fuels her passion for helping people of all backgrounds, ages, and disciplines reach their full potential. She believes in creating individualised programs tailored to each person’s lifestyle, goals, and ambitions. Rebecca’s key focus is on musculoskeletal conditions. Her approach begins with a thorough assessment, followed by personalised consultations to develop bespoke plans for treatment and rehabilitation. Her service is goal-based and takes time to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Rebecca’s bespoke service is a journey that aims to help patients achieve their potential while providing ongoing support and guidance. Drawing from her diverse experiences, she has developed her own practice in musculoskeletal care, specifically working with runners and individuals with reduced mobility.

Passionate about her work, Rebecca continues to expand her knowledge in alternative therapies and modalities. She recently completed a foundation course in Acupuncture and Dry Needling, accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Additionally, she is an approved member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.

Rebecca’s dedication, expertise, and ongoing pursuit of knowledge make her an invaluable member of our team. Whether you’re seeking rehabilitation, injury prevention, or enhanced performance, Rebecca will work closely with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that addresses your unique needs. Contact us today to benefit from Rebecca’s exceptional skills and experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
